I ordered several items on the 6th December as a Christmas present, delivery was successful on the 15th December but not to my address, I made contact with freetrain and at the beginning they were brilliant, I signed a form stating I had not received delivery and expected delivery after Christmas, on 6th January they re sent my order stating courier issues so may take a while, on the 18th January I received another email with a further 5-10 working days wait for delivery, I decided to request a refund, which took until 5th February, I had numerous email conversations with different people, stating refund was with my bank and to contact them, all around quite stressful chasing my parcel and the refund, I only hope they consider a different delivery company in 2023

Product is faulty but refuse to expect a return

I’ve had my freetrain vest a while and unfortunately the popper on the phone part broke.

I contacted freetrain and told them what happened. I had lost my order number but had other details to confirm it. Freetrain we’re sympathetic and have sent a replacement. There was no need to negotiate, it was just done. Every interaction was positive and beyond helpful.

The customer service was truly exceptional and I will continue to be an advocate of their company and products. Top class stuff!

Fabulous product and wonderful customer service! I ordered one of the running vests to house my phone and bottle. It's a game changer, great quality and I can't do without it. When I did need to contact customer service Charlotte was fantastic and responded to me and sorted my issue within the day. I would highly recommend this company!

Without doubt my go to for training. Great fitting and light weight.

Never have I ever worn gym leggings or shorts like the new seamless range.
They are totally amazing so light and soft they are unbelievable would definitely recommend.
The sports bras are also incredible they fit lovely and again material is so soft and comfortable you can’t go wrong

I purchased their vest sometime ago now and it has vastly improved my running experience as I no longer have to carry my phone around whilst running!
Recently I purchased their new apparel range in which the quality is brilliant, so well fitted and comfy.

Purchased the Emergence Hydro Windbreaker in Nautical Blue XXL. I emailed Customer Services regarding sizing and they responded quickly to my enquiry. My husband was really impressed with the fabric and fit and we will definitely be buying from Freetrain again.

Since getting into fitness, running & exercise i think i must have tried every sportswear brand going but hands down freetrain has got to be up there with the best!!
From the running vests to sports bras leggings and t-shirts, I’ve tried them all and i can’t think of anything bad to say about any of them.
I’ve tried various items from different collections and again, there is nothing I can find to complain about other than i now want it ALL.
Customer service has been top teir whenever I’d had to either ask questions regarding sizing or even down to last minute orders.

I own the hydro 1 running vest and wow, it’s comfortable, light and compact. Previous to purchasing the vest I used to run holding my mobile phone in my hand and now I have this vest that has completely changed my running experience for the better. It has allowed me to running hands free whilst listening to my favourite tunes not only to motivate me whilst running but to improve the all round experience. I also have purchased the blackout training top and a few other outdoor merchandise. The delivery process was nice a smooth and products are true to size. What a great all round active wear brand.

Perfect for me - I just pop on the vest after work (I’m a GP so running home is how I destress), and away I go. Bought last month and not had any issues, and easily washable too.

Absolutely loved the vest, not a regular runner but whenever I drag myself around a 5k I take the vest and it's so handy. No keys or phone to hold on to and really easy to change tracks or take calls.

I’ve recently purchased a running vest from free train and couldn’t be anymore satisfied if I tried. On top of that there clothing line is by far the most comfortable clothing I’ve experienced running in, would recommend to anyone.

Bought the vest a while ago which was a game changer. Thought I’d give the clothing range a go too. Great quality and different to the traditional brands. New range has some really good additions - definitely worth a go

Not sure why there’s are any bad reviews for Freetrain, mine came without any issue, it did run a little small so I contacted the customer service and got a exchange straight away. The fit and quality of the T shirt is the best I’ve ever had, thanks Freetrain
